本平台在 《Frontiers in Plant Science》杂志发表学术论文

         日前,江汉大学生命科学学院、湖北省豆类(蔬菜)植物工程技术研究中心、湖北省食用豆类植物自然科技资源中心教师在国际学术期刊《Frontiers in Plant Science》上发表了题为“A High Density Genetic Map Derived from RAD Sequencing and Its Application in QTL Analysis of Yield-Related Traits in Vigna unguiculata” 的学术论文。

       论文第一作者为潘磊博士,陈禅友教授为通讯作者。该研究采用简化基因组测序技术RAD-seq(restriction-siteassociated DNA sequencing),利用豇豆杂交F2:3群体(2个亲本和168F2:3后代),构建了一张高密度的豇豆基因组分子遗传图谱。此图谱总长度为194.25cM,在11连锁群上分布有17,996个SNP位点,位点间平均间距为0.066cM。基于该图谱进行豇豆产量相关性状的QTL定位,共检测到11个QTL位点,分布在7个连锁群上。其中,4个QTL与荚长相关,4个QTL与千粒重相关,2个QTL与单荚籽粒数相关,1个QTL与果柄长度相关。这些QTL位点的表型解释率为0.05%–17.32 %之间。该研究报道的豇豆高密度分子遗传图谱,加深了对豇豆基因组的认识,同时初步定位了豇豆产量相关性状的QTL,为进行基因的精细定位与基因功能研究奠定了基础。
