At the same time, it provides an inexhaustible source of genetic resources for the selection of new varieties and the development of biotechnology. The protection, research and utilization of good crop germplasm resources is the need of agricultural science and technology innovation and strengthening national strength in our country, and it is the need for international market to compete in international competition. In 1992, the United Nations convened the United Nations Conference in Brazil to sign the International Convention on biological diversity, emphasizing that all countries must fully understand the importance and potential value of the genetic resources they have. |
